Colville, WA

On one of Matt's visit's to Spokane we took a short road trip to Colville, WA.   Colville is a small town about an hour north of Spokane..not just any small town but the town where Matt B was born!   His family moved from the area when he was a few months old so he has no memories of it but we thought it would be fun to check out their old stomping grounds..

 We played at the park that was just a block from the Blackburn family's first home in Colville.  The kids loved these huge tires.

 

Here's cute Matt B in front of the hospital where he and Monte (his twin) were born many years ago.  

This is the home he lived in for the first few months of his life.  This was the first home his parents owned and they were the first owners.  They bought it just as it was being completed and were able to pick colors and such.    It was a fun family day imagining Dad as a baby!
