Is life busy or what? I Can't believe December is already here and it's crazy the amount of things that are already on my calendar (well on the calendar I should keep and will have to start keeping) I thought this year would be a simple holiday season with being far from family and all. It hasn't felt like winter or christmas time with 80 degree weather until I hit the black friday sales early Friday morning. I go every year. This year I left my house at 4am to drive 45 minutes to Kona (now that is dedication) and once I was in the first store I thought "Now I KNOW it's Christmas". funny how hundreds of crazy people pushing their way through the store feels "like Christmas". I have almost ALL of my shopping done now thanks to that 5 hour morning shopping spree.

I am LOVING Macaroni Grill. I am working about 3 evenings a week and so Matt was able to quit his Alamo job driving the shuttle. It allows him more time with the kids and actually days off! He is loving his job at Hualalai resort and we feel so blessed that our 3 job schedules all work together so that one of us is with the kids. We all went to the beach yesterday for the first time in almost a month. Before we got in our swimming suits and all wet we tried to get a family picture but didn't have huge success. We got one that will work okay to send in Christmas cards...Yes I think I will attempt it this year. I haven't been on the ball enough to send cards the past couple of years but.... I think I can I think I can.
