SOLD!

Our home is officially SOLD! Done, finished, closed and sold! We got an offer a week ago and it ended up being a cash deal so it is DONE. We feel incredible blessed. We were about to rent it and even had renters lined up but my friend Larry Bradley (great agent if you're in Cache Valley) had showed it to a lady who wanted her husband to see it the following week so we decided to hold off signing a contract with the tenants. I had felt that maybe these buyers were the ONES and hurray it actually happened!

We are still in Awe at how things have worked out for us here in Hawaii. We had assumed they would work out just as they have but had expected it sooner and once we realized the state of the economy and the job market here, we knew it would take the hand of God for it all to happen and it did! Miracle after miracle. He has always blessed us and in the tough economy we are in now we realize how HUGE those blessings are. Huge Huge Huge. We are grateful!! It has been great for our kids (and us) to learn about faith. There was more than one occasion that Isaac & Adam told me they "were fasting" for our home to sell (on their own...not even on fast sunday) The other day we had prayed for Matt's kidney stones to pass and when he felt lots better the next day Olivia said "we only had to pray 2 times and it worked" I think it's a good lesson that prayers are not always answered immediately.
Someone e-mailed something last week that said there are 3 ways God answers prayers
1. Yes 2. Not now 3. I have something better in mind.
