Snow!
We woke up to the first snow of the season! On Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa that is. They are the 2 tallest mountains in Hawaii and we can see both of them from our house. It is beautiful!!! I will have to try to get a picture tomorrow and post it. where else can you play in Snow and less than 2 hours later relax on a warm sunny beach! There were lots of people talking today of plans to go play in the snow, They snowboard and everything up there. We had a crazy rainstorm yesterday and it cooled off enough overnight to turn to SNOW!

That is awesome. I hope it lasts through Christmas. The whole snow in the mountains/warm sunny beach combo sounds fabulous about now. We got 3 or 4 inches of snow this weekend and I already feel like I've had my fill of it. :)
Keri-I have been catching up on your life by reading your blog this morning! :) Your kids have grow up so much I don't even recognize them. It sounds like you guys are keeping life exciting. What else could I expect from the Blackburns?! I am glad that there is a blogging world so I can keep in touch with you better now!
