Hurray! Today was the last day of school! The kids are a little sad. When I picked them up from school I started singing "happy last day of school to you" (tune of happy birthday..can't you just hear it?) anyway, they all were saying "don't say those words" they were sad for the year to come to an end. They each had a fantastic year and experience! I am excited for more beach days and mostly excited for our trip to the mainland!
Here's a picture from this morning..the last day. I tried to discourage adam from wearing green and orange but he really really wanted to and Hey, it's the last day of school right? they are both his favorite colors!

. Isaac wore the same outfit on purpose. He had remembered that he had worn that shirt the first day. They were tan at the beginning of the year. That is proof that we haven't gone to the beach near enough with school in! we lived at the beach or the pool last summer!I think Dawson has grown up the most! I can't believe how much he has learned and changed. He was a little 4 year old boy when school started and now he is regular school kid!

Sheesh! I agree, Dawson looks very grown up. But it looks like all the kids have gotten so much older. Sniffle. It amazes me how much they can change in one year. Have a super summer -- on the beach! I am a little envious. I lied, I am A LOT envious! Have fun!

I love the orange and green. Here's a little secret about me . . . my brain isn't wired right and lots of time I will see green and say orange and vice versa. I love that I could say that Adam was wearing orange and green and be right even if I was looking at the wrong colors. :)

I noticed the green and orange right off and thought, that's my boy. my favorites too(and yellow) Me and Adam need to hang out. ;)
