more summer fun

I think part of the reason I've been such a blog slacker is that it hasn't been as user friendly lately. Maybe it's my computer but it doesn't let me delete pictures once I've posted them (like the one above...I thought it was a different picture when I clicked on it but it's the one Dawson snatched when I was trying to move Mango's leash..but I just look like a dork) It also doesn't let me re-arrange the photos (cut and paste) so you get them in the order I uploaded them which isn't necessarily in chronological order. Anyway...here's a few random photos of our camping trip this summer. We took a last minute trip to Volcano before school started. Our first stop was south point which is the most southern place in the United States. It's crazy how the land just drops off in the ocean. We wanted to hike to the green sands beach there but the wind was insane so we saved it for another day. We set up camp at the camp ground in Volcano's national park. We cooked hotdogs and schmores over our camp fire. It wasn't until the next morning that we noticed the HUGE sign that said campfires were not allowed....oops no wonder everyone else had their camp stoves out. We're glad we missed it though because camping just isn't the same without a fire. I FROZE all night and even welcomed Mango sleeping next to me for once.

The next day we toured around Volcano national park a bit and then headed to our favorite snorkeling spot, the Kapoho tidepools. I stayed with Mango while Matt and the kids snorkeled.

Taking down camp.
Everyone and their dog had a great time!

Hurray! Two blog posts in one day. That has to be a new record. I love it! It's fun to see pictures of your quality family and imagine your face/laughter when you saw the "no campfires" sign.

Have you tried editing your blog posts in HTML mode. I have to do it that way to move things around. Hil told me that she can just click and drag stuff around, but it has never worked on my computer. I have to go into HTML mode to cut and paste.

Try going to your settings tab and scrolling to the bottom. The second to last setting gives you the option of using the updated editor on your blog. I have found it to be super user friendly and better than the old one. Try it and see if it works for you. (Hil-dog to the rescue!)
