Missing My Babies

In less than a week my baby turns FIVE years old! The other day I was remembering the days when I had all four kids home and none in school. What fun times! No where we HAD to be, nothing else to focus on but them. Even though we didn't HAVE to be anywhere, we got out plenty. I figured out how to fit all four of them in the double stroller and we'd hit the mall or the kids and I would hop in the car for a spur of the moment road trip to Grandma's or cousins houses (we're talking 8-12 hour road trips). I have been missing those days the past few days and then tonight Isaac and I were looking for some pictures of him for a project he's doing at school. We found some great classics that brought back even more memories. I am so lucky to have the 4 greatest kids ever. They are getting very big. Isaac will be 10 years old in January! Each one of them are amazing. I wish I could bottle up time and slow it down. I need to slow down each day and just take time to soak up the moments with each of them. They will be grown before I know it.
I love you Isaac, Adam, Olivia and Dawson!

Thanks for reminding me to slow down a little. It's amazing how fast it all happens. I've been working on making a slideshow for Ben's 8th birthday and going through all of his baby pictures. I can hardly remember that rollie-pollie baby I had.

Oh Keri! That made cry and they are not even mine! I am glad you worked out the key thing last night. I feel like a horrible neighbor. The last two times you have needed my help and I have not been able to. I will put the key on the hook inside our house so next time I will be ready. You DO have great kids!

I'm constantly telling Braxton to hurry...hurry...hurry. I'm always telling myself...'what's the big deal and what are we in a hurry for'. The other day Braxton was walking through the house saying 'hurry...hurry...hurry' and I had to laugh. They really do pick up on everything...and we all need to take a little more time to smell the flowers. I can't believe how grown up your little family is...they are so cute.

I can't believe Dawson will be five and Isaac ten. Dawson wasn't even in nursery when we met you!
