I have lots of pictures to post from our 10 days leading up to take off. First We headed to my folks for a few days first and had a great time with Grandma and Grandpa. Tracey and her girls came too and Grandma had planned a birthday party (Hawaiian Luau) for Erica and Adam who have birthdays a week a part and are both turning 8!
We had fun going to Mckee's (A pet & garden store that has a huge petting zoo type area). Playing at the Park(s), and playing really HARD! My folks left for Maine for Brandon's (Lisa's husband) graduation from Medical school but Tracey and I stuck around for a couple more days to let the kids play some. The kids and I headed out for Boise on Wednesday and had fun visiting old friends. I dropped Isaac off at Roades's house for a while, Adam & Olivia at Dallin & Faith's house and Dawson and I went to see our old next door neighbors. They are a couple in their 60's and it was cute that that is who he really wanted to see. They were very happy to see Daws. Dawson and I also stopped and saw my friend Valerie. We only had a few minutes to catch up though because it was time to pick up the other kids. After pick up we went to the Wither's for dinner. It was so fun to see our old friends and our old life. Boise was a great place for our little family and it was a little sad to see it all again and realize how much I miss it. Yet,I realize how much we have learned and grown through moving to Utah so I wouldn't go back and change that.
I have tons more pictures to post and things to write about our Journey to Hawaii but I the sun just came up and I think I'll take advantage of it being a little cooler and go for a walk to explore our new area!
ALOHA!
