Isaac's imagination

Did you know that Isaac knows what it feels like to have 3 arms? Or 3 eyes or a tail? He can imagine it and it "feels" like it's there. That was our conversation in the emergency room while we waited for the doctor. He has told me this before too. He was feeling his 3rd arm and 3rd eye and then he said "I bet if I think about it I can feel what it feels like for my foot to be on fire" after a couple seconds he said "I better not do that, it would hurt too much" He was dead serious! That boy's imagination is incredible!! It is a gift. I hope as he gets older and reality sets in he'll still allow himself to imagine and pretend. I think too often we forget to do that.
